Vresilvina, Valtrisbirn.
These hilariously brutal facts may make some people feel weirded out. However, believe it or not, this is the exact reality of the fictional municipality of the only fictional microstate that exists within the Casita Override universe.
The reason?
Well, if you insist on knowing...

A few shadow people casually walking among humans without anyone feeling threatened by their existence…
A few eldritch entities working as cashiers and baristas, albeit in their almost human disguise to prevent anyone from getting a heart attack out of nowhere due to their humorously cocky and gullible attitude…
A few witch and apparition representatives suddenly punch each other over a minor misunderstanding, dragging the entire House of Honor into unnecessary chaos…
Extraterrestrial residents casually drink together while playing an online game every Friday night…
And a humanoid artificial intelligence giving a shout-out to their audience on livestream…
Even witch-hunting and discrimination towards single/unmarried people are among crimes legally punishable according to the law of Valtrisbirn...

…basically, too much.
As a result of their long history of living among humans, it is even funny that humans are not so scared of them. They simply view them as normal occurrences that happen every day, sometimes even seeing them as less or more problematic.
Yet most importantly...

A seemingly normal routine happens every day in Override Forest.
A self-owned, fragrant and ethereal forest decorated with millions of blooming magical flowers and various (some transparent, some are not) magical tapestry ribbons.
On the street named after two female local scientists who contributed to the invention of time travel machines and portable multiverse portals, and various researches about teleportation, the multiverse and quantum physics, as well as the local equivalent of Baker Street.
Satrisreca-Ellenharcker Street.
Not much is known about this fellow witch, except she is the true creator, owner and caretaker of her own artificial family members Kaiserine Sympherianne Override and Noel Chuckstern Override.
As well as being the founder, owner and manager of Casita Override, an unusually huge, wide, magically-made, and movie theater-styled mansion equipped with affordable homestay service, where each room area is filled with different and randomized liminal space/backroom experiences faithfully based on her comprehension of true, pure and proper liminal space aspects.
Everything scummy according to every member of the Casita and guests (backroom creepypastas, backroom levels, entity lore, etc.) is explicitly omitted, leaving only peaceful, wholesome liminal space/backroom experiences for everyone within.
Because of her tendency to hide behind her fabricated shadow persona, every attribute closely related to her is not entirely visible although she is described as having elegant, royal-like short hair, naturally being flat-chested, presenting herself as a 27-year-old young lady, wearing a custom-made dress inspired by her favorite vintage design of all time, and her height is one foot taller than her creations.
Despite being one of the strongest witches in Valtrisbirn, she is highly respected for her generosity, humility, and politeness. Even Madoka Folger-Tsuchiya notices lots of interesting facts about this particular witch, especially after Madoka accidentally saw Walpurgis' true form, the fact that she used to be nameless and she still dislikes the suggested names "Spitfire" and "Candeloro" as those have nothing to do with her true self.
The only known attribute is her stylish multicolored hat.
It is also strange how knowledgeable she is about science and technology despite mostly mastering elemental witchcraft, because she is still unable to fix the Casita's old radio that was magically fixed but still malfunctioned and the multilingual function flaws she previously provided for Kaiserine and Noel at the same time, no matter how many times she tries her best, let alone asking for other inventors' advice and assistance.
Even her fascination with Victorian women's fashion and the history of weaponry is the reason she prefers a percussion-lock rifled musket with socket bayonet as her weapon of choice while wearing her default custom dress. Not to mention that her birthday is on June 17th, her zodiac sign is Gemini, and her favorite color is Dark Sienna (#351212).
She prefers to stay low-profile for the rest of her life. Even from the moment she exists, she has no interest in romantic and sexual relationships. Instead, she is always concerned with the past, present, and future of the Casita, her humble liminal homestay service, her favorite books about magic, science, and technology, cats and other platonic matters.
But most importantly, Walpurgis has a deep love for chamomile tea, cheesecake (and other cheese-based food) and even Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. She even bought large amount of chamomile tea, a lot of cheese-related recipe books and even a whole wheel of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese (and she actually regrets nothing over such exaggeration), much to Kaiserine, Noel and Madoka's chagrin.
Just like her precious creations Kaiserine and Noel, she also has a signature habit of tolerating anything focused on romance and stuff she regards as "beyond romance", including the moment she accidentally hears people talking about marriage, dating, romance drama, and other matters. While she has absolute zero interest in being involved with anyone, she is perfectly fine with those who choose to do so. She also tolerates romantic songs most of the time as she appreciates the melody over the lyrics.
Hence the reason she prefers to be referred to as “Lady Walpurgis”, "Manager" or simply "Walpurgis", which is her elemental codename as well. For some weird reasons, she is also known as "Bucket Hat Witch", "Fashion Tragedy Witch", "Madam High-on-Cheese" and "Madam Hat-and-Muskets", which are surprisingly tolerated by her.
However, it does not stop anybody from doubting if Walpurgis of Casita Override (she/her or they/them) is her true name or something else...
